PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept Paypal as our only on-line payment option.

You may pickup in the store at no shipping charge and pay with Cash, Visa, M/C, Amex, or Discover.

SALES TAX
We charge 6% sale tax for all shipments within the state of Maryland as well as for all in-store pickups.

MAKE AN ORDER BY PHONE
We cannot take orders for items listed on eBay over the phone. In keeping with eBay policies, you would need to bid or choose "Buy It Now" on eBay. For immediate questions about eBay items, call us at 301-668-0837 during our business hours. Email, however, is preferred. Use the "Ask Seller a Question" form within the listing.

HOW TO CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER
We realize that life happens and sometimes an order you've won cannot be paid for or that you need a change made. Please email us immediately to let us know if you cannot complete the purchase. We will still need to file with eBay that the order was not completed, but if you communicate with us, we'll ensure you do not receive a "non-paying bidder" strike against you.

If we do not hear from you and payment is not received within 7 days, we will also file with eBay and a "non-paying bidder" strike will be attributed to you. eBay may suspend your account for repeated "non-paying bidder" strikes.

For a change to an order, please call us immediately at 301-668-0837 as we strive to ship your items as soon as possible and we may miss your email while we are packing.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We are happy to accept international orders from English-speaking customers, with payment via Paypal including a confirmed address. If your country is not supported by confirmed address, then we cannot ship to you at this time. All prices are payable in US dollars.

Any customs or brokerage charges are the recepient's responsibility. Please check with your local authorities to determine these costs before you place your order.

SHIPPING OPTIONS
We offer many different shipping options to suit your needs. Each option offers a different delivery time frame. However, all options require time to process the order before shipping. Generally, this takes about 1-2 business days for in-stock items.

All items on your order will be shipped together as our shipping quote is discounted based on the actual shipping weight.

If you need an item shipped sooner, please email us at store@enkorekids.com or call us at 301-668-0837 to see if we can accommodate you. Unless you have contacted us prior to your purchase to confirm, we cannot guarantee overnight shipping will be shipped the same day payment is made.

APO/FPO DELIVERY
We do ship to APO/FPO addresses only if it can be shipped via First Class or Priority. There may be some oversized items that may be too big to ship via Priority. If that is the case, we will notify you to cancel your order or provide a state-side address.

SHIPPING COSTS
We calculate shipping charges by the weight and size of the item plus a small handing charge on the first item to help defray packaging expenses. To determine your shipping costs for multiple items, please contact us.

ITEMS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING
If you receive a damaged item in your order please DO NOT return the item(s). Please email us at store@enkorekids.com and a representative will assist you in filing an insurance claim for your damaged items and issuing a replacement if available.

"Previously-loved" items are often one-of-a-kind, but most NEW items are replaceable.

In the event that Enkore Kids requires the damaged merchandise returned, we will assume the responsibility for the return shipping charges, by sending you a pre-paid shipping label. Please keep the damaged item(s) and packaging for at least 5 business days in case the insurer requires it.

RETURN POLICY

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your Enkore Kids purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt and receive a 100% refund (less original shipping charges or actual shipping charges if your purchase was sent with free or reduced shipping). Please mail your return to:

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please see the section above.

Making a purchase online with Enkore Kids is 100% safe -- we guarantee it.

In using Paypal, all your credit card information is handled over secure lines. We will never even see your financial information, just the payment.

Your other personal information, including name address, phone, and email are used strictly to complete your order and will not be shared with any third party. Only our employees assigned to process your order will have access to your information. We automatically add you to our newsletter which is sent 1-3 times a month, but you have the option to remove yourself from our list.

ABOUT ENKORE KIDS
Enkore Kids was founded in 2003 by Jennifer Guenther to be a place parents could find affordable kids clothing, developmental toys, and related equipment as well as provide an easy way to recycle their kids' "Previously-Loved" items that are still in great shape. We offer a great alternative to consignment stores and yard sales by providing you an offer on your items upfront at the time of your appointment of cash or twice the amount of store credit.

Susan McCarthy (long time associate of Enkore Kids) became a partner in 2008 enabling our move from Frederick to our current location in Boonsboro, MD.

Due to demand, we've been steadily increasing our NEW selections. Brands we currently carry include: Melissa & Doug, Baby Einstein, Robeez, Ergo Baby Carriers, Clean Shopper, Toysmith, Ganz, The Safe Side, Bumbo, Floppy Seats, Toddler Coddler, Bum Genius Cloth Diapers, and Happy Heinies Cloth Diapers.
